    When i plug my iphone in the wall it says activation required is this still the same problem as you but with the activation thing?

    replacing the battery worked for me.. its only a 10 dollar investement so it worth a shot.

    my iphone 4 was water damage it works now but it keeps rebooting every couple a minutes,any fix for the rebooting issue???

    Mine isn’t water damaged but he keeps rebooting :( i took it back to the shop i bought it, they send him out for repair but nothing happened, they didn’t fix it, what can i do?

    You might try putting the phone ine DFU mode and reinstalling the IOS to stop the rebooting problem. Its worth a shot.
